8.1. PIN Access
National Savings is dedicated to
regularly reviewing and updating the privacy requirements as needed. If you

The primary security feature of the
Service involves a Six (6) digit PIN. This PIN is used to authenticate and
authorize transaction requests from your Registered Login/Account.
Additionally, for certain transactions, you will receive a unique transaction
reference number and passcode.
It is crucial to ensure the security
of your PIN and avoid selecting easily guessable combinations, such as six (6)
identical numbers or sequential numbers like 123456.
Under no circumstances should you
store your PIN (or passcode) on your Branchless handset. If your handset
automatically stores this information, it is your responsibility to delete it.
This precaution ensures that unauthorized individuals cannot make transactions
using your Registered Login/Account, as they would require your PIN and/or
passcode for authorization.
You alone are accountable for keeping
your PIN and passcode (if applicable) secure and must not disclose them to
anyone. In addition to the Login Pin, a Financial Pin is also generated by you
as user which should also be safeguarded by you at all times.
If someone gains access to your Login PIN/passcode
and/or Financial Pin/passcode along with the SIM card associated with your
Registered Login/Account, it will be assumed that person is you. In such a
scenario, any transactions authorized by this individual will be considered
legitimate and acted upon. You will be held liable for any transactions
processed during this period until you notify us to suspend or block the
Service.
Only transactions initiated from the
Registered Login/Account will be considered legitimate and processed
accordingly.
National Savings will never ask you to
provide your clear Login or Financial Pin via SMS/Email or any Call Center. Never
send your PIN and/or passcode via SMS, including to us. When authorizing a transaction,
please follow the instructions sent to you via SMS to ensure successful
completion of the transaction.

collection, processing, and protection practices. It does not cover the privacy
policies or practices of third-party services, websites, or applications that
you may access through links within our App. We strongly advise you to review
